3. Profile of the Project Principal:

    綏化農(nóng)墾招商網(wǎng)訊：Suiling Farm is located by the Nuomin River at the south foot of the Lesser Hinggan Mountains. The Nuomin River with plenty of water flows zigzag through the farm for 20 km. Primeval second forest densely spreads along the river sides. Shoals, swamps and grassland scatter here and there, forming a river bend scene and mountain landscape with distinctive regional characteristics. Nuomin River drift covers a course of 8 km and the river flow can be regulated by the Nuomin Reservoir. The end of the Nuomin River drift is the Jindou Bay Eco-Park. The whole park is surrounded by the Nuomin River and ocean of forest. The winding cobbled trails in the park lead to secluded places. The wooden houses built in the forest may appear in simple and graceful style or appear in modern style. Suiling Farm is situated in a region most suitable for growing berries. The farm introduced berry industry and opened black currant, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and vegetable parks in 2008. Now sightseeing agriculture has become a highlight and nice scene of the farm’s tourist attractions. With development of tourism in the farm, the beery planting park of ten thousand mu will be open to tourists to present small berries tasting, picking and sightseeing to tourists.

4. Composition of the Scenic Spot

Composition of the Scenic Spot: The Mongolian Group of the Jindou Bay Tourist Scenic Spot is one of the tourist resorts in Heilongjiang Suiling Farm. 10 million yuan was invested to build 17 yurts, with building area of 2,861 square meters by the Nuomin River in Suiling Farm in 2009, including a central yurt, 4 large yurts and 12 small yurts, all in brick-concrete structure, suitable for living and catering functions.

Source of Customers: Suiling Farm is a famous farm for its tourism in Heilongjiang Land Reclamation Administration. The Jindou Bay Scenic Spot has passed the state AAA-grade scenic spot acceptance check. Its source of customers will mainly rely on tourist groups by the travel companies in Harbin and Suihua, supplemented by tourists from surrounding cities and counties. The customer flow will reach 100,000 person-times a year and the source of customers can keep stable.

5. Economic Benefits of the Project

After completion of the project, 20,000 visitors can be received each year. The annual revenue may reach more than 2 million Yuan on basis of the assumption that one will spend 100 Yuan averagely.
