Project Construction: Relying on the advantage that Dagang fisher’s village is close to the Heilongjiang River, we will build an ecological scenic spot with river fish cooking, simple and honest countryside atmosphere, pastoral glamour and green planting as its characteristics, with rural customs and pastoral scene as its background, with integration of catering, sightseeing and leisure activities. Compositions of the scenic spot: The planned structure of Dagang scenic spot can be summarized as “one axis, one line, three zones and eight points”, with the local products shopping street as the axis and the wooden huts along the river for leisure life as the line. The three zones are the farmer’s house reception zone, sand beach entertainment zone and eco-agriculture park. The eight points are is: three catering service zones on two sides, fishing culture display zone, ​​military culture display zone, the Great Northern Wilderness history display zone, management and service area, characteristic hotel and barbecue zone.

Customer source market: The customer source market relies mainly on Yichun and its north, which accounts for 80% of the whole source of customers. Jiayin Farm is located in the golden Ha-Yi-Jia tourist route. 20% of the visitors are individual visitors from Heilongjiang or other provinces and those educated youth who come back to visit the place they once lived in. More than 30,000 visitors can be received each year and the number is increasing.

The total investment in the project will be 78.2808 million Yuan, including 77.5048 million Yuan as static investment in the project and 780,800 Yuan as the initial working capital. It is planned to finish the project construction in three years. The project will be put into operation in the fourth year. The operation period is planned to be 20 years and the whole period for calculation is 23 years.

Assume each visitor spends 150 Yuan averagely a day and the figure will increase proportionally to 200 Yuan per capita a day in 2015, including tour, accommodation, catering, entertainment, shopping, and transportation and so on. Assume 30,000 person-times are received. The payback period will be 12 years.
