2003年的“非典”，已經(jīng)讓人們認識了它。隨著禽流感病例不斷增加的報道，隨著世界衛(wèi)生組織對達菲的“肯定”，隨著日本和歐美國家對達菲大規(guī)模的囤積，它再次闖入人們的視野，掀起了一場又一場更激烈的爭論。

達菲是一種有效的、常用的流感治療藥品，可以大大減少并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生和抗生素的使用，使用越早，效果越好。對人類威脅最大的是H5N1禽流感病毒，而世界衛(wèi)生組織推薦達菲作為政府應對可能的人禽流感大流行的儲備用藥；在中國，達菲已被列為《人禽流感診療方案(2005版)》的治療用藥。這主要基于3方面的考慮：

理論上“行得通”

人禽流感病毒屬甲型流感病毒，理論上講，用于治療人類甲型流感的藥物，對人禽流感可能有效，從這一點看，達菲是潛在的治療人禽流感的藥物，因而，在這方面有研究價值及潛在的應用價值。

動物實驗“有用”

達菲對小鼠感染H5N1和H9N2都有明顯抑制作用，可迅速降低小鼠體內(nèi)和肺組織內(nèi)禽流感病毒的滴度，防止病毒向腦部擴散，降低死亡率。

治療人禽流感“有效”

在亞洲地區(qū)，達菲已被用于治療人禽流感病毒的感染者。越南等國發(fā)現(xiàn)，患者只要在感染初期服用，其癥狀會在2天內(nèi)減輕。

達菲可否預防禽流感

禽流感來勢洶洶，自青海發(fā)生禽流感疫情以來，遼寧、湖南、安徽、內(nèi)蒙古、新疆寧夏、云南也出現(xiàn)疫情，湖南和安徽各有1例死于禽流感。于是，有很多人希望，通過服用達菲來預防禽流感。這樣行嗎？

中山大學藥學院教授龍啟才：

達菲是通過抑制神經(jīng)氨酸酶的活性，起到抑制病毒在人體內(nèi)擴散，包括在呼吸系統(tǒng)擴散的作用，從而打破病毒感染循環(huán)過程。

既然神經(jīng)氨酸酶在甲型、乙型流感病毒上都存在，達菲又是以“神經(jīng)氨酸酶”作為“靶子”，那么，理所當然，達菲對甲型及乙型流感病毒感染的病例應該都有效。而H5N1禽流感病毒屬于甲型病毒，因此，達菲也應是治療H5N1感染的有效藥物。

衛(wèi)生部在《人禽流感診療方案(2005版)》的通知中明確指出，對與家禽或人禽流感患者有密切接觸史者，一旦出現(xiàn)流感樣癥狀，有條件者可在48小時以內(nèi)，口服神經(jīng)氨酸酶抑制劑作為預防用。這樣的措施，雖然稱為“預防”，但實際上，仍然是治療作用，可以理解為，把火種遏制在星星之時，比撲滅于燎原之際更有效。

中國發(fā)展編輯

作為一家國際知名企業(yè)，羅氏與中國的關系可以追溯到半個多世紀以前。早在20世紀20年代，羅氏便在上海設立了辦事處，揭開了羅氏在中國的第一頁篇章。隨著在華業(yè)務的蓬勃發(fā)展，1926年羅氏在上海成立了子公司，全面負責中國市場，直到1950年。1961年，羅氏重返中國。從此，羅氏與中國在科技和商業(yè)方面的往來不斷增加。

改革開放以后，羅氏與中國的關系進一步得到加強。通過形式多樣的技術交流，來自羅氏和中國國內(nèi)的專家在藥物、維生素、醫(yī)療診斷、香精香料等領域開展了廣泛的技術交流，在1984年至1990年間共同參與了3個預混料合作項目的建設。

從1988年起，羅氏相繼在北京、上海、廣州設立了辦事處，并開始計劃在中國國內(nèi)建立合資企業(yè)。1994年，羅氏于上海成立首家合資企業(yè)--上海羅氏制藥有限公司。 作為第一個坐落于國家級生物醫(yī)藥科技產(chǎn)業(yè)基地內(nèi)的制藥公司，羅氏高超的科研、技術實力配以一流的生產(chǎn)裝備，并以其高技術產(chǎn)品贏得了廣泛的市場及信譽。

2000年羅氏在上海外高橋保稅區(qū)注冊了獨資公司—羅氏診斷產(chǎn)品(上海)有限公司。
