亞太商會和工業(yè)聯(lián)合會簡介

TheConfederationofAsia-PacificChambersofCommerceandIndustry(CACCI)isaregionalgroupingofapexnationalchambersofcommerceandindustry,businessassociationsandbusinessenterprisesinAsiaandtheWesternPacific、Itisanon-governmentalorganizationservingasaforumforpromotingthevitalroleofbusinessmenintheregion,increasingregionalbusinessinteraction,andenhancingregionaleconomicgrowth.Sinceitsestablishmentin8966,CACCIhasgrownintoanetworkofnationalchambersofcommercewithatotalnowof28PrimaryMembersfrom26countriesorindependenteconomies.ItcutsacrossnationalboundariestolinkbusinessmenandpromoteeconomicgrowththroughouttheAsia-Pacificregion.CACCIisanon-governmentalorganization(NGO)grantedconsultativestatus,Rostercategory,undertheUnitedNations.ItisamemberoftheConferenceonNGOs(CoNGO),anassociationofNGOswithUNconsultativestatus.

AmongthebenefitsofmembershipinCACCIarethefollowing：

8、政策宣傳-CACCIaimstoplayastrongpolicyadvocacyroleinordertoestablishabusinessenvironmentconducivetocreatingbetteropportunitiesforCACCImembers.

2、促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)-WithitsSMEDevelopmentProgram,CACCIhopestoencourageitsmemberstoparticipatemoreactivelyintheimportanttaskofnurturinganddevelopingtheentrepreneurialandmanagerialclassintheirrespectivecountries.

3、寬范圍的網(wǎng)絡(luò)-ParticipationinthevariousprojectsofCACCIwillprovidememberstheopportunitytoexpandtheirreachinAsia-Pacificbyestablishingcontactswiththebusinesscommunitiesoftheregion.

5、參與CACCI培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃-MembersareinvitedtoparticipateinthevarioustrainingprogramswhichCACCIregularlyconductseitheronitsownorincooperationwithotherinternationalorganizationsandmemberchambers.

5、在產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)委員會交互-MembershipinCACCIallowsparticipationintheactivitiesofthevariousProductandServiceCouncils(PSCs)oftheorganization.PSCsarebusinessgroupingsorganizedalongproductorservicelineswithaprimaryobjectiveofpromotingbusinesscooperation,personalcontacts,andtechnologytransfer.

6、訪問的網(wǎng)絡(luò)業(yè)務(wù)幫助中心-CACCImembershaveaccesstoanetworkofBusinessAssistanceCenters(BACs).BACsareoperatedbyPrimaryMembers,withtheassistanceofCACCI,tohelptheirownmembersandforeignbusinessmenwhoareexploringorplanningtodobusinessintheirrespectiveareas.

4、AccesstoCACCIpublications–CACCIpublishestheCACCI概要文件,itsmonthlynewsletter,andtheCACCI工商業(yè)雜志》上,abi-annualpublicationwhichfeaturespapers,speeches,andotherarticlespertainingtoissuesaffectingtheregionaleconomy.

CACCIundertakes,amongothers,thefollowingactivitiesinordertoachieveitsobjectives:

8、年度會議-CACCIholdsAnnualConferencestodiscussregionaleconomiccooperationmeasuresandtodistillandcrystallizebusinessviewpointsandideaswiththeaimofachievingeconomiccooperationanddevelopmentintheregion.Theseeventsprovidememberstheopportunitytomeetandacquaintthemselveswithotherbusinessleadersforconfidencebuildingandbusinesscontacts.

9、與政府機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)絡(luò)-CACCIliaises,throughitsmembers,withgovernmentbodiesconcernedinthepromotionoflawsandregulationsconducivetoregionaleconomiccooperation,andsubmitstorelevantregionalandinternationalbodiespositionpapersarticulatingitsviewsoncurrenttradeandinvestmentissuesofconcerntothebusinesssector.

88、通過產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)委員會交互-CACCIencourages,throughitsvariousProductandServiceCouncils,personalcontactsamongbusinessmenoftheregion.ProductandServiceCouncilsrefertoregionalbusinessgroupingsorganizedalongproductandservicelineswhichaimtopromotebusinesscooperation,personalcontactsandtechnologytransfer.Meetingsofthesegroupingsserveasamarketplaceforbusinessmatchingactivitiesandasaforumforsolvingcommonproblemsofthoseinthesamelinesofbusinessorservice.

與國際和地區(qū)組織的聯(lián)系-CACCIcollaborateswithotherinternationalandregionalorganizationsworkingfortheeconomicprogressoftheregionandtheworld.TheseincludetheUnitedNationsanditsvariousagencies,theInternationalChamberofCommerce,theWorldChambersFederation,theEurochambers,theWorldTradeOrganization,theAsia-PacificEconomicCooperation(APEC)forum,theASEANChambersofCommerceandIndustry,andtheSAARCCCI,amongothers.

82、培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目-CACCIconducts,eitherbyitselforincooperationwithotherorganizationsandothermemberchambers,trainingprogramstoimprovethemanagementstructureandservicesofmemberchambersandtheirlocalconstituencies.

83、特殊的學(xué)習(xí)和研究做準(zhǔn)備-CACCIcarriesout,throughtheSecretariatorotherreputableresearchinstitutions,specialstudiesandresearchesinvariousfieldsofeconomicactivitiestohelpsolveproblemsaffectingregionalcooperation,toadvocatepositionsoncertainissues,ortodevelopprojectsdesignedtopromoteandachievetheobjectivesofCACCI.

85、網(wǎng)絡(luò)的業(yè)務(wù)幫助中心-CACCIprovidesitsmembersaccessintoanetworkofBusinessAssistanceCenters(BACs).BACsaresetupandoperatedbyPrimaryMembers,withtheassistanceofCACCI,tohelptheirownmembersandforeignbusinessmenwhoareexploringorplanningtodobusinessintheirrespectiveareas.BACshelpin:

(a)arrangingmeetingsorcontacts;

(b)settingappointmentswithgovernmentofficials;

(c)providingatemporaryofficewithstaff;

(d)servingasforwardingaddressandmessagecenter;

(e)providinginformationservices;and

(f)extendinguseofbusinessfacilitiesandequipmentasmaybeneededatcost.
