項目簡介：The CAD systems allows emergency services to manage workload and allocate appropriate resources to respond to emergent situations, i.e., day-to-day ambulance rescue, terrorist attack, nature disaster, etc. Equipped with modern technology like GPS & GIS, and mobile communications, etc., the CAD system will be able to provide efficient emergency service for the public when it is adopted and deployed to urban cities in China. I have many years` first-hand experience in managing the operation and maintenance of Ambulance CAD system for the Ambulance Service of New South Wales (ASNSW). Now my major responsibility and work is to assess and review the performance of the ASNSW.
